This weekend take yourself on a trip to the city of Jaisalmer and Longewala. Jaisalmer is a
beautiful city located on a desert and Longewala is known for its great historic importance.
People often called Jaisalmer, the golden city because of the buildings which shine golden
under the sun. There are various places you can explore in this desert city, such as Jaisalmer
Fort, Old Havelis, Colourful Local Market, and many more. You can enjoy a camel ride and folk
music there at the same sand dunes. And don’t miss the mesmerizing sunset of a calm desert.
Another place is Longewala which is famous for the battle of Longewala fought between India
and Pakistan in 1971. You can find real tanks, stories of bravery, and Indian army strength in
the Longewala War Museum. It is the perfect place for those who want their next vacation in a
